Soltec Ingenieros’ Role
Soltec Ingenieros acts as the Technical Coordinator of the BBTWINS project, which brings together a consortium of 13 partners across 7 countries. Over the next four years, the consortium will focus on meat and fruit production, integrating the entire value chain—from cultivation to the final product—to determine the optimal pathway for each raw material, maximizing efficiency and minimizing losses without compromising quality.
